This headband fits my 5-year-old as well as myself. If you would like some added stability, you can use bobby pins to connect the headband to the hair. The pins slide right between the stitches.

Materials:

  • Size F hook
  • Size H hook
  • Worsted weight yarn in white, pink, blue, purple and yellow (of course you could use ANY colors you want!)
  • Small amount of polyfill stuffing
  • White plastic headband (available in packs at most craft stores). Mine measures 1″ wide and 14″ from tip to tip. Sizes may vary, which is fine, but you’ll want a band at least 1″ wide for stability. The curls will weigh down a thin band.
